We bill insurance for primary Medicare only. ​

The minimum recommended number of visits for ionic footbaths, biomat treatments, ozone steam saunas and cold laser to asses for positive change is six. The minimum number of neurofascial release treatments is two. Most insurers including Medicare require a physical therapy initial evaluation and a re-evaluation on your tenth visit to assess for improvement and/or remaining functional deficits and determine whether you could benefit further from continued treatment. Holistic services are not covered by insurance.
